Dear Dr.Viravaidya,

We would like to congratulate you on the Sugar Hut Bungalow & Restaurant. They were a most wonderful experience for us during our recent time in Pattaya. We compliment you on the very high standard of service and facilities available to guests. Our time in the Sugar Hut made our holiday in Thailand. We have not stopped telling our friends herd in Dublin of the experience we had in Pattaya, thanks to the Sugar Hut and its' wonderful staff.

We would also like to compliment and thank all the staff who looked after us so well. In particular we would like to single out Mr. Thamrong Chompusri at reception for praise. He is a valuable asset to the Sugar Hut. In al our experience of travelling around the world we have never met a more helpful, happy, courteous and professional member of hotel staff. We trust you will pass on our regards to him and thank him again for all his attention.

We look forward to being back in the Sugar Hut again soon. To you and all your staff we wish our very best.

Yours sincerely,
     Karl Hayden      Michael Leong
